Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please ensure you give 48 hours notice. Should you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will apply unless appointment can be filled.

Change of appointment
If you no longer require the service you originally booked, please allow 48 hours notice.
Example - no longer wanting your colour, but still wanting a cut. No longer wanting a wash & finish, but would like a dry trim.

All my appointments are booked back to back. I'm happy to start early and finish late so I like to make sure all my time is utilised correctly.
